Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location. As a general rule, our flat rates are as follows:

UK Orders and Delivery

Free delivery on UK orders of over £325. Free shipping automatically applied at check out. The free shipping discount cannot be applied if you have any other discount or deal in your cart.

Your Total Contact Saddle will be sent by tracked 24 hour delivery service as soon as we have made it for you. We often have the saddle of your choice in stock but in busy periods we will need to make it for you, this can take between 2-4 weeks according to how busy we are - you will be advised of extended lead times during busy periods. When you go to basket and add the delivery address the correct postage will be added. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery delays. Additional fees may apply if shipments are redirected or returned due to incorrect address information or if an address change is requested after dispatch. We do not accept any responsibility for orders which are lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect details. Please ensure you follow the tracking details we supply. If you expect to be out when your order is delivered, please leave a note for the driver to arrange for the parcel to be left in a secure place.

Non-Deliveries / Unclaimed Packages / Pickup Responsibility 

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 3 working days from the expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect goods and goods damaged on delivery outside the reported timescales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the reported timescale.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (active within 24–48 hours). It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure timely pickup or acceptance of the delivery. If a package is returned to us due to the customer’s failure to retrieve it within the carrier’s holding period or due to absence at the delivery address, we are not liable for any return shipping costs, delays, or loss.
In such cases, any reshipment or refund (if applicable) may incur additional fees.

Overseas orders

Your Total Contact Saddle will be sent by a tracked delivery service.

Customs & Import Charges (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Total Contact Saddles has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any applicable fees must be paid by the recipient before the parcel can be released for delivery.

 

Shipping Protection Insurance

Optional shipping protection insurance can be purchased at checkout at the customer's discretion. Total Contact Equine Solutions are not liable for loss, damage or theft of parcels sent without additional insurance. The insurance costs are tiered in accordance with parcel value.
