From Template to Tack: How a Total Contact Saddle Is Made
When we say our Treeless Total Contact Saddle is unlike anything else, we don’t just mean how it feels—we mean how it’s made. Each saddle represents the perfect union of innovation and craftsmanship, designed to serve both horse and rider with uncompromising care.
Precision-Cut for the Perfect Fit

It all begins with premium materials—vegan-friendly synthetics or responsibly sourced leathers, depending on the model. These are carefully selected for strength, flexibility, and rider comfort.
Next, we bring in modern machinery to do what it does best: deliver precision. Using digitally calibrated cutting machines, each saddle template is cut to exact specifications. This ensures a consistent, balanced design every time—no guesswork, less waste. It’s fast, clean, and impressively accurate—laying the foundation for the saddle’s unique contact-friendly profile.
Guided by Hand, Sewn with Heart

Once the individual pieces are cut, we hand things over—literally. Skilled saddlers step in to stitch the panels together using time-honored sewing techniques. Every seam, every contour, every detail is carefully hand and machine-stitched to ensure strength, suppleness, and long-term durability.
Assembled with Care

The girthing system, padding layers, and D-rings are added with precision—ensuring everything is balanced and positioned to serve the rider without impinging on the horse’s natural movement.
Every Total Contact Saddle goes through a rigorous quality check before leaving our workshop. Because when your saddle is going to shape daily rides, training sessions, and memories—only the best will do.
