On receipt of your order, we will give you an approximate ready date, and send you the parcel tracking details when it’s sent out. We can’t guarantee that it will arrive on any given date. Although we hold a small stock of saddles and accessories for immediate dispatch these products are handmade by our Master saddlers and there maybe a 1-2 week wait before your order has been made for you. If we think there will a longer wait we will contact you. Please email lisa@total-contact.co.uk if you would like more information on availability.
Please note you are buying just the saddle, you need to add your choice of saddle pad, leathers, stirrups, and girth.
While waiting for your saddle to arrive please read the fitting and user guide page on the website

If you decide to keep it then congratulations and welcome to the TCS community! We will send you an invoice for the balance owed. The balance for a Classic saddle will be £199 for a Synthetic saddle £99.
Should you want to send your trial saddle back, please return it fully tracked, at your own expense to Total Contact Saddles Limited, Once received we will issue your refund.
