These Total Contact Saddles have either been tried by customers for a maximum of 14 days but have been returned as part of our 14-Day trial policy or have factory defects.

We guarantee the saddles are in good condition and free of major defects with all billets and stitching safe and intact. The saddles may have sustained fair wear during their trials and minor marks are possible, specially on the billets. This does not affect the saddle's integrity.

Saddle Care

Classic and Premium saddles

Your saddle can be cleaned using a range of proprietary leather cleaning products like cream cleaners, leather balm or similar and normally a quick wipe over is enough to keep it looking good. However, should your saddle get more than light dirt on it please don't use hot water or soapy water on it as this may affect the leather.

Synthetic saddles

Your synthetic saddle couldn't be easier to look after. Just wipe clean with a damp cloth after use.

Ensure that your saddle is stored in a damp-free place and not put away in anything other than a dry condition.
